As an innovative Learning Success Coach, I have discovered a unique method to connect with my students: through my expansive collection of 129 diverse pairs of earrings. Each pair, beyond being a mere fashion statement, serves as a tool for fostering engagement and developing interpersonal skills among my students, including those who are gifted, 2E (twice exceptional), and those with special needs.


In my classroom and now coaching, these earrings do more than accessorize. They serve as catalysts for learning and interaction.
